Shipping & Handling Rates
We use professional packing materials and techniques to protect the items we ship. All merchandise is packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and delivered securely right to your door. Please be aware that your final shipping charges will depend on the total order weight, size and your preferred method of shipment (e.g. Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day etc.).
Shipping Claims
We ship exclusively through recognized parcel carriers like UPS. In the rare event that an insured package is lost or damaged during transportation, we will gladly assist you in processing your claim with the appropriate parcel carrier. To file a claim, you must contact us with the shipment information and details regarding the problem you encountered. Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly.
International Shipments
Please note that shipments outside the United States are subject to customs, duties, taxes or other fees. These costs are your responsibility, as they are not included in the shipping fee.
